Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Each item is made specifically for you based on the details, size, color, design, and personalization provided with your order.

Customers are responsible for making sure all names, wording, sizes, colors, and other customization details are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if the error was on our end, work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
